Hello KL!! Bye~ S'pore!! 1st day at KL (Leaving Singapore to KL)

Hmm, woke up very early in the morning around 4plus am to prepare and catch the cabbie at 5plus am.. The cabbie came early, my kor and me left 1st.. Was quite excited on the way there. Imagined lots of stuff about going into the airport to taking the plane. :) As we reached the airport, checking in and had breakfast at the 24hr cafeteria. Ate Nasi Lemak and drank a hot cup of milo. Manage to have lots of bonding time with my family, I really miss those times!! :) 1st time taking AirAsia, kind of excited how would it be like. But the plane was smaller than SIA, of course. Was quite tired when waiting to board the plane, after awhile then we boarded it. The plane was only like 2rows of seats as it's budget but quite worth the fee. There were 2kinds of seats, the expensive ones are the 'HOT' seats and the cheaper ones were at the back. Normal kind. The seat were quite squeezy, made me uncomfortable and I was sitting straight up till I tried to shift the seats back abit. The plane reached KL about 15mins earlier then the expected schedule which is quite good. :) Hmm, after I alighted, we were like at those kind of vintage big airport field, having ur own private jets that kind of big airplane field. And we alighted in those stairs, but too bad cameras were prohibited. Really LIKE those fields, and happened to have another airplane turning in. Seeing the smoke as the engine runs, really like those!! 

Later, we tried to take big cabbies from there but psst, the fares are NOT cheap. RM130++ for 1 towards the Hotel. So we took bus to the KL Sentral, the fares were RM8.00 for Adults and RM4.00 for Child. It's considered quite cheap, and luckily our Hotel is considered near to the Sentral or we may have to charge extra fees for travelling from Sentral to Hotel. Anw I took the bus is AEROBUS, the service is REAL GOOD!! It's like just a distance towards the bus, there are people to help guide and bring the luggage into the slots below the bus. :)

Took around 1+hr to reach the Sentral, manage to catch some winks that was loss previously. The bus seats were much comfortable than the airplane. Haha, of course. :) My family were the 1st ones to board the bus, so we have to wait awhile in the bus but take around 15-20mins before the bus is full so it's quite alright. As we reach the Sentral, there were cabbie drivers waiting and asking whether where's our destination and wanted to drive us. Though there were 5 of us, we manage to get a new cab that the driver allow us to take 5people which is actually not allowed. :) Thank God for that!! :)   

Hm, as we were travelling in the cab, told the driver where we heading to, heard him saying that the Hotel we staying in is new. I was quite surprised and excited how will it be like. If you would like to know what Hotel Im staying in is Garden Hotel, 5***** Hotel!! :) We manage to get it for a promotion, we were quite lucky. :) As we reached the Hotel, there were already BellBoy helping to carry our luggage and putting onto the portable trolley. As we asked the reception where's our room the receptionist told us that is at the Garden's Residences which is at another tower.

I was like abit disappointed at 1st, I thought our room will be like quite small or some ulu place. But then I had this thought that since it's new the room might be big. :) So the BellBoy led us to another tower, which was quite a long distance. And guess what I was REALLY WOWED by the decoration of the Hotel, the lobby is quite spacious and there were comfy sofas. We tried to check into the hotel but we had to wait till 12pm which at that time was around 10.50am close to 11am. While waiting I took some shots.

So we decided to eat at the food court at the shopping mall nearby the Hotel. Then we searched for the food court and there were electronic directory like the one in Tamp1. The mall is quite spacious, about the same as VivoCity.

And the connecting paths in between the buildings are like Harry Potter's Sch movable stairs. :)

                                                         


Manage to find the food court after while, there were quite less people in the mall and even in the food court. There were many choices in the food court, SPOILT for CHOICES!!

There's also another Megamall at another side but linked to the Hotel so quite easy to walk about. :) Love that when is just 5mins walk. :) Shopping made easy!! :D We ordered our food, ate but the food isnt what we expected. :( Taste either salty or the drinks abit sweet. The food court named 'Food Garden', not really up to expectations. Alright, the mall also has 'Action City', 'Borders', etc. yup, the shops are quite big, much bigger than those in S'pore. :) 

Then we went back to check the room in the Hotel, but in the end they said check in is 2pm but the previous receptionist said is 12pm so the other receptionist said be back around 1/2hr's time or so. So we headed back to the mall, walked around at the basement at 2supermarkets.

Then we went back around 1plus, finally the room was ready as due to housekeeping and tidying of room. :) I was quite shocked by the way the room is. The living room was spacious with 2mirrors for looking at urself before going out of the Hotel. :)

The dinner was really SCRUMPTIOUS!! :) haha, hmm, really miss the food there. But I still got to live in S'pore huh? haha. :) Anw still S'pore is the best!! :) My friends and family are all here!! :)

Alrights after dinner, we walked around the megamall. There have a "Alice in Wonderland" performance and like a exhibition. :) very interesting. :)

And as after the show, we walked around looking at different things in the shops, then we headed for the ice-cream. A good dessert after every family activity.. We bought from 'Gelatissimmo', a good brand of the ice-cream.

The Vanilla has a rich and smooth creamy texture while the Green tea is smooth and delicious, though the Green tea is stronger taste but really yummie. :)

Alrights, we directly brought the ice-cream to the Hotel but it was alright the people did not catch us for it. heh. :P Anyway, this is the end for Day 1. guess i really wrote too long and took about 2 days to get it done. haha, okays thanks for reading!! :) There might be contest regrding the KL trip so do remember most of the details.
