Healthy Tips

Hmm, seems like many people wants to cut down on weight. Alright, let me share some tips on how to have a moderate figure since I learnt F&N in sch. :)
For Lovers that likes to eat fried and oily food, sorry but u have to cut down on that. :)
1) Eat fried food probably once or twice a wk.
2) Remove skin when ordering chicken rice, or related to chicken or pork.
3) Ask for less oil or gravy when ordering food that has.
4) like McDonald's has fries so can ask without salt.

U can also eat healthily by breakfast for the day,
1 wholemeal bread spread with jam and margarine, 1 cup of milk/freshly squeezed orange juice or apple juice.
Lunch(can cut down here):
Vegetable salad/Fruits(banana, grapes, apple, watermelon, honeydew, pear, oranges.) 
Fruit juices. Sandwiches that has tuna, salmon, cucumber, tomato, either fish or vegetable(lettuce, cabbage, spinach). :) 
Dinner:
Veg Rice, Fish soup noodles, Herbal Chicken soup.
PLUS EXERCISE!!

Though eating all this may help, but still to make it efficient, you will have to exercise.
To trim on the stomach, do 15 sit-ups daily. The thighs, go up the stairs 2steps faster 5times during ur exercise time. For small calfs, go up the stairs 1step by 1step 5times. Train ur upper arm muscle, carry 5kg of rice sack up and down 10 times. Alright, this is all I have. Hope my tips will help. :)
